Pizza Crust

1 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup almond flour

3 tbsp coconut flour

1 egg


  1. Set the oven to 425 degrees

  2. Combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a smaller bowl and microwave them in 30 second increments until you reach a creamy consistency

  3. In a blender, combine the cheese mixture, almond flour, coconut flour and egg

  4. Blend all ingredients until well combined

  5. Spray 2 pieces of parchment paper and put the dough in between them

  6. Use hands or a roller to create the desired shape and size of the crust

  7. Flip onto pan sheet and put into oven for 5 minutes

  8. Take out and put on sauces and toppings of your choice, then stick back in for another 5 minutes


If you are craving pizza, but don’t want all of the calories or super thick breading, then this is the crust for you. I have tried many GF pizzas and pizza crusts from the grocery store, but making it from scratch with this recipe is my favorite. Healthier and tastier.... BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! This pizza crust is extremely easy to make and can beat any pizza delivery time since it takes less than 20 minutes to make. It also has a great texture and taste to it that isn’t dried or bland. This is a keto friendly recipe as well, so it accommodates many dietary needs.
