Hi, my gluten free friends!

I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 6 years ago and let me tell you, the struggle was real at first! I had no idea where to look for recipes, what GF brands would taste better or what restaurants were safe for me to eat at. I was completely in the dark, and the main problem for me was that I still wanted to eat delicious food. It seemed that anytime I ate something adjusted to be gluten free, it tasted dry, bland and just awful. I felt like there had to be a way to eat gluten free and still genuinely enjoy what I was eating.

Well, that's why I am here! Consider me your guinea pig and guide to all things gluten free. I want to transform normal recipes to be gluten free and still absolutely delicious. I want to put GF brands head to head to see which one tastes better and gives me all of the yummy vibes. I want give you a first look into restaurants that claim to be gluten free by putting their food and knowledge to the test. Mainly, I want to start a community that shares with one another and supports each other as we navigate this gluten free way of life.
