Corn Casserole

1 box GF corn bread mix

2 cans whole kernel corn

2 cans creamed corn

2 sticks butter


  1. Set your oven for 350 degrees

  2. Pour your GF corn bread mix into a medium sized bowl

  3. Open your cans of whole kernel corn, drain it and put the corn into the bowl

  4. Open your cans of creamed corn and put those into the bowl

  5. Melt the two sticks of butter and pour it into the bowl

  6. Hand mix all of the ingredients together until it becomes a thicker consistency

  7. Spray a 9x13 pan and pour the batter into it

  8. Put it in the oven for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean

My mom has made this recipe for every Thanksgiving since I can remember, and it is always a crowd favorite. It is the kind of dish that I can't imagine not have on Thanksgiving. Not only is it incredibly delicious, but super easy to make. A lot of times, thanksgiving recipes require a lot of prep, time and work, but this is just 4 simple ingredients that you throw together in a bowl and stick into the oven to do the rest of the work. It is the perfect sweet and salty dish that compliments every other Thanksgiving dish. I hope you love it as much as I do!
